- Replacing the boiler
- Installing energy-efficient LED lighting
- Upgrading the heating system with a Ideal evo max 2 including new heating pump and all associated BMS controls
- Replacing the 600×600 insulated grid ceiling with adding 150mm insulation above.
These upgrades not only help reduce the building’s energy consumption but also lower utility costs, allowing us to reinvest the savings into other community programs.
